Smothered Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak (1-inch thick) or sirloin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1/3 c. onion, chopped and sauteed
    1/2 c. celery, chopped and sauteed
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Pound steak; add salt and pepper to flour.
    Lightly coat steak and brown both sides.
    Saute onion and celery.
    Add other ingredients and meat.
    Cover pan and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
