Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine, melted
    2 c. molasses
    2 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    3 tsp. soda added to 2 tsp. sour milk
    4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except flour.
    Sift flour before measuring.
    Then add to other ingredients.
    Fill 2 x 10 x 14-inch deep pan which has been well-greased and floured, half full.
    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Serve with lemon sauce or lemon flavored frosting.
