Mini Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    24 vanilla wafers
    24 cupcake paper holders
Preparation
    Place wafers in paper cups.
    Mix the rest of ingredients until light and fluffy.
    Fill muffin pans 2/3 full.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Cool.
    Dab with your favorite pie filling (optional).
