Lobster - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (1 lb.) frozen skinless haddock
    1 med. potato (do not peel)
    1 med. onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Bring kettle of water to full boiling point.
    Add salt.
    Add whole potato (unpeeled), onion (cut up) into quarters.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Add haddock (it will go to the bottom of the kettle). Add lemon juice.
    Boil until haddock rises to the top of the water.
    Remove haddock - it is ready to eat.
    Serve with butter or as you would any lobster.
    Potato and onion edible too!
