Mushroom And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. uncooked long grain rice
    1 can beef consomme
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in melted butter.
    Add mushrooms, rice, consomme, water, salt and pepper.
    Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
