Granny Rainwater'S Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    5 egg yolks
    juice of 3 large or 4 small lemons
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 small can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Cook in a double boiler until thick. Pour into 2 partially cooked pie crusts.
    Top with meringue.
