Pickled Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 gal. water
    1 pt. salt
    corn-on-the-cob
Preparation
    Clean corn and put in crock, as many as desired.
    Mix enough water and salt to cover corn.
    Let set 15 days.
    Cut off cob and heat.
    Put in jars.
    Cover with hot water and seal.
