Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. instant coffee
1 c. boiling water
3 c. sugar
2 c. water
1 vanilla bean
1/5 vodka

Preparation

Mix the instant coffee and boiling water. Set aside to cool. Mix the sugar and 2 cups water.
Add to coffee mixture. Add the vodka and split vanilla bean. Allow to age for 3 weeks.
