Oriental Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (pieces and stems), drained
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, combine beans, salt and enough water to cover.
    Bring to a boil; cook until tender and drain, reserving 1 cup liquid.
    In large skillet, cook celery and mushrooms in oil until celery is tender-crisp.
    Combine reserved liquid with cornstarch, bouillon cube and soy sauce.
    Stir into celery mixture.
    Add beans.
    Cook and stir until mixture thickens and boils.
    Stir in almonds.
