Fresh Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    2 c. granulated sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. coconut oil (milk)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut (or more)
Preparation
    Cream Crisco.
    Add granulated sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Beat well after each one.
    Sift flour and baking powder; add with coconut oil, vanilla and coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
