Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    2 boxes powdered sugar
    2 small cans evaporated milk
    1 (13 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    1 c. walnuts, chopped (if desired)
    1/3 stick margarine
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in heavy saucepan or microwave oven.
    Add powdered sugar and milk, stirring until dissolved.
    Bring to a hard boil.
    Cook for 20 minutes or to a soft ball stage at 240\u00b0. Turn off heat and let set a few minutes.
    Add Marshmallow Creme and butter.
    Stir and beat.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Pour into buttered 13 x 9-inch pan. Cut before it gets too hard.
