Mexican Wedding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. walnut pieces
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, pineapple and walnuts together. Pour batter into 2 greased 9-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes before removing.
    Cream the cream cheese, confectioners sugar, margarine and vanilla together.
    Spread frosting on top of cooled layers and between layers.
    Keep in refrigerator.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
