Weight Watchers' Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, separated
    1 egg, whole
    6 Tbsp. sugar substitute
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    2/3 c. powdered milk
Preparation
    Beat yolks of 6 eggs plus the whole egg together.
    Add sugar, lemon extract and milk powder.
    Whip egg whites until stiff; fold into egg yolks.
    Spoon into tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Cool for 45 minutes.
