Low-Fat Bean Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (26 oz.) jar non-fat spaghetti sauce
    2 cans pinto beans
    8 oz. lasagna noodles
    3 c. non-fat ricotta cheese or low-fat cottage cheese
    4 oz. non-fat Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles.
    Mix beans and spaghetti sauce.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Using 1/3 of each ingredient, arrange in this order in a 9 x 13-inch pan:
    noodles, spaghetti sauce, bean sauce, cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
    Repeat layers 2 more times.
    Makes six 4 x 4-inch servings.
