Stir-Fried Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6-8 tbsp. Soy Sauce
    2 tbsp. Dry Sherry
    1\\2 tsp. Ginger
    2 1\\2 tsp. Cornstarch
    2 tsp. Sugar
    1-1 1\\2 lbs. Boneless Pork, cut into bite size pieces
    1 lg. Bunch Broccoli, cut into small pieces
    1 lb. Mushrooms, sliced
    2-3 Carrots, sliced length-wise, thinly
    1\\2 tsp. Salt
    4 tbsp. Water
    Olive oil
Preparation
    In medium bowl mix, soy sauce, sherry, ginger, cornstarch, sugar and pork.
    In Wok, add oil (enough to cover bottom).
    Cook vegetables and salt. Stir often, cook for 5 min. Add water if necessary. Remove vegetables. Add more oil and cook pork, 3-4 min. until no longer pink. Add vegetables.
    Heat through. Serve with Long Grain Wild Rice.
