Broccoli With Olives And Lemon Zest - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
    1/2 c. olive oil
    3 large stalks broccoli
    1/4 c. pitted black olives
    1/4 c. pitted green olives
    grated zest of 1/2 lemon
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine the garlic and olive oil.
    Set aside.
    Steam the broccoli in a small amount of water until crisp-tender.
    Let cool, then slice the stalks and separate the florets.
    Combine the broccoli, olives, lemon zest, oil and garlic.
    Add black pepper. Serve at room temperature.
    Makes 4 servings.
