Henrietta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. shredded American or mild Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cook and drain noodles; set aside.
Brown beef with onion, green pepper and celery.
Add mushrooms, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Butter casserole dish.
Layer noodles, then meat mixture. Repeat and top with cheese.
Dot with butter.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
