Pickled Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beets
    1 qt. vintager
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. pickling spice
Preparation
    Boil beets in a large pan. Cool with cold water. Peel and slice beets. Add ingredients to beets and bring to a boil for 45 minutes. Cool and serve.
