Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. beef pot roast
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 c. water
1/4 c. barbecue sauce
1/4 c. red wine
2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper; place in slow cooking pot. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat.
Cover and cook on medium 5 to 6 hours.
Remove meat and slice.
Thicken sauce with flour dissolved in a small amount of water; serve over meat.
