Joan'S Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced cooked chicken
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 c. canned cream of chicken soup
    2 c. chopped celery
    4 hard-cooked eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. finely minced onion
    2 pimentos, cut up
    1 c. crushed potato chips
    2/3 c. finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. chopped almonds
Preparation
    Mix first 9 ingredients.
    Put in large shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Combine potato chips with cheese and almonds; sprinkle on top.
    Chill several hours or overnight.
    Bake in hot oven (400\u00b0) for 25 minutes or until heated.
    Serves 8.
