Ingredients

1 lb. can sliced beets
1/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. beet liquid
2 tsp. flour
pinch of salt
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour in saucepan.
Add vinegar and beet liquid. Stir to remove any lumps.
Place over medium heat.
Cook until thick.
Add beets, butter and salt to taste.
