Pork Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. pork roast, cooked and cut up
    2 Tbsp. thick stock
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. ground mustard
    1 c. broth
    1 c. catsup
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. water
    1 c. tomato juice
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. relish
Preparation
    Combine everything but the relish and cooked pork.
    Slowly simmer for 2 to 3 hours until thickened.
    Add pork.
    Just before serving, add the relish.
