Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Kellogg's All-Bran or Bran Flakes
1 1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. cooking oil
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
Preparation

Stir flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together.
Combine milk and Bran.
Stir until soft.
Add egg and cooking oil.
Beat. Add flour mixture, stirring only to combine the ingredients.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
