Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lean hamburger
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 pt. tomatoes, stewed
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. whole wheat elbow macaroni or whole wheat noodles
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and drain well.
    Add onion and cook until transparent.
    Add tomato sauce, tomato paste and stewed tomatoes. Season with chili powder and garlic powder.
    While this is simmering, cook macaroni or noodles until tender.
    Drain and add to soup.
    Serves 8.
