Cheesy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 small can mushroom stems and pieces
1/2 Tbsp. oregano
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Mix meat, onion, egg, crackers and 1/3 of sauce.
Mix well. Spread on waxed paper.
Shape into flat rectangle.
On this, spread cheese and mushrooms.
Roll up and seal.
Cut in half. Makes 2.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes; drain off fat.
Pour rest of sauce on top.
Bake for 15 minutes more.
