Barbecue Pork, Chicken Or Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. ketchup (32 oz.)
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/3 c. vinegar
    2/3 c. oil (unless meat is fat)
    7 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. liquid hickory or smoke
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. molasses
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil pork roast, beef roast or chicken until fully done.
    Let cool and shred.
    Mix all listed ingredients together.
    Bring to a gentle boil for 20 minutes.
    For milder sauce, adjust or delete Tabasco sauce.
    Pour over shredded meat and mix well.
    Will keep in refrigerator for 1 week.
    Tastes better as reheated.
