Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large baking potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small onion, diced
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. oil
Preparation

Scrub potatoes thoroughly; cut each lengthwise into wedges or you may cube them.
Put butter and oil in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and place in hot oven to melt together.
Add potatoes and onions; toss to coat with butter.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Bake 1 hour or until tender, turning occasionally, at 325\u00b0.
