Lucy'S Sausage Loaf - cooking recipe

1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 lb. Italian sausage
oregano
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown crumbled sausage and drain.
Shred cheese.
Let bread dough thaw and rise in a warm place, covered.
Punch dough down and roll out to a rectangle (14 x 8-inch).
Spread browned crumbled sausage and shredded cheese onto dough.
Sprinkle with oregano to taste.
Roll into loaf.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown.
Let bread cool and set to firm slightly before slicing to serve.
