Microwaved Potatoes And Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    5 or 6 carrots, peeled and sliced lengthwise or around as you like
    1 or 2 large onions, sliced
Preparation
    Cook carrots first in a large Corning Ware for about 6 minutes. Add potatoes, onions, margarine, parsley flakes, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup water for 8 minutes. Stir and turn dish half turn, if you do not have auto turn.
    Cook an additional 6 or 8 minutes until tender. Cook, covered.
