Omelet Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. herb croutons
    2 1/2 c. American cheese, grated (or Cheddar or Mozzarella for variety)
    1 pkg. Smok-Y-Links, ham, bacon or pork sausage, cut up
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 can milk
Preparation
    The night before:
    Put croutons in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Spread cheese on top.
    Pour 2 1/2 cups of milk, mixed with beaten eggs, over it.
    Let stand overnight in the refrigerator.
