Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large halves chicken breast, boiled and cut up
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    2 tsp. or 4 tsp. (as desired) poppy seeds
    1 can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Place chicken in greased casserole. Add soup and sour cream mixture. Sprinkle 1 roll of Ritz cracker crumbs on top. Melt 1 stick margarine. Pour on top of cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Double for 3-quart casserole.
