Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes, cooked and drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1/4 c. chives
    1 clove garlic
    2 tsp. salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water.
    Drain and mash.
    Beat cream cheese.
    Add potatoes and remaining ingredients except paprika. Spoon mixture into buttered 2-quart casserole; sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Remove from fridge 15 minutes before cooking.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
