Granny Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. wide egg noodles, cooked
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    grated Parmesan cheese
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese (optional topping from Peggy)
Preparation
    Mix cheeses, sour cream, pepper and onion using mixer while noodles are cooking.
    Brown ground beef; drain.
    Add tomato sauce. Cook about 8 minutes until not watery.
    Butter 2 medium casseroles or 1 large deep casserole.
    Put noodles in bottom; cheese layer next; use all (sauce mixture on top).
    May sprinkle Parmesan cheese or Mozzarella cheese on top of all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 to 40 minutes.
