Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, pared and thinly sliced
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Combine carrots, orange juice and salt in medium saucepan. Cover and cook over medium heat until crisp and tender.
    Stir in orange rind, brown sugar and margarine.
    Cook until carrots are glazed.
    Toss with parsley and almonds.
