A Man'S Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. nuts
1 container Cool Whip

Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in the boiling water with enough pineapple juice added to make 1 cup. Add marshmallows and heat until they are melted. Cool and beat until frothy. Add remaining ingredients, folding whipped cream in last. Pour into mold or Bundt type pan and chill until firm, usually overnight. Serves 8.
