Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    3/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. minced green pepper
    2 eggs
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. catsup
Preparation
    In large bowl, beat eggs slightly.
    Lightly mix in ground beef, then crumbs, onion and pepper.
    Add horseradish, salt, mustard, milk and 1/4 cup of catsup; combine lightly but well. Transfer to baking dish and shape into loaf.
    Spread remaining catsup on top.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Makes 8 servings.
