Mock Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. low-fat margarine
    1 large egg
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    3 c. low-fat granola cereal (with or without raisins)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Have ready a pie plate or six 2/3-cup capacity custard cups.
    Put margarine in pie plate to melt.
