Pork Chops And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    seasoning to taste
    6 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    large onion, sliced (optional)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Season and brown pork chops.
    Place potatoes and onion in large buttered baking dish.
    Place browned chops on top of potatoes and onion.
    Mix sour cream, mushroom soup and water; pour over chops.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
