Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 2/3 c. instant rice
1 large Cheez Whiz
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli (cut)
butter or margarine (optional)
Preparation

Mix rice, Cheez Whiz and soup together. Add celery, onion and broccoli.
Pour all ingredients into a 9 x 12-inch Pyrex dish. Dot with butter (optional).
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
