Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 slices bread
1 lb. bulk sausage
2 c. shredded sharp cheese
9 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Tear bread apart into small pieces.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish sprayed with Pam.
Set aside.
Brown and drain sausage; crumble and spoon over bread pieces.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Combine eggs, milk and salt; mix well and pour over sausage and cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
Yields 10 servings.
