Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of black pepper
1/8 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 lb. backfin crabmeat
1 heaping tsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
butter or margarine
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients in bowl.
Add crabmeat (drained) and break meat apart gently with fork.
Toss gently to mix with dry ingredients.
Start heating the frypan on low heat.
Add the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, egg and mustard and toss very gently, being careful not to break up the meat, but mix well. Form into 6 cakes.
