Peanut Butter Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 family size vanilla cool'n'serve Jell-O
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    2 tall cans evaporated milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    about 1 1/2 qt. milk (fill to just under fill line)
Preparation
    Mix pudding and gelatin.
    Cook with a little more milk than pudding recipe calls for.
    Cool.
    Cream sugar and peanut butter together, gradually add milk to make a thin paste.
    Add vanilla, salt, and pudding and rest of milk to almost the fill line.
