Grandma Archiere'S Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, crusts removed
    1 lb. skinless sausage meat
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    butter or margarine
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Butter bread slices on both sides. Fry sausage meat and place over bread in a casserole dish.
    Grate cheese and sprinkle over sausage meat.
    Beat 6 eggs with salt and pepper.
    Pour over sausage and cheese.
    Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
