Venison Jerky - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce (low sodium)
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. garlic salt or oil
1 tsp. onion salt or oil
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. liquid smoke
2 lb. meat strips
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Cover all the meat and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
Set oven to lowest temperature.
Stick toothpick through ends of meat and hang on oven racks.
Place foil under meat to catch drippings.
Bake 4 to 6 hours.
