Easy Strawberry Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
    dash of salt
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine egg whites, sugar, salt and strawberries in double boiler.
    Place over boiling water.
    Beat with electric mixer for 1 minute; remove from heat.
    Beat for 5 minutes or until of spreading consistency.
    Frost cooled cake.
    Enough for 2 layers.
