Cheesy Beef And Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. penne or other tube pasta
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans pasta-style stewed tomatoes
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook pasta per package directions; drain.
    In skillet, brown meat, salt and pepper to taste.
    Drain.
    Add tomatoes; cook uncovered until slightly thickened.
    Stir in onions, green pepper and cream cheese.
    Cook until cream cheese melts; add mushrooms. Toss with remaining ingredients.
    Cover 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Serves 4 to 6.
