Ingredients

3 c. hot mashed sweet potatoes (40 oz. can)
1 stick margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Put potatoes in blender or mixer.
Add rest of ingredients and combine until creamy.
(You may need to clean beaters of strings.) You may add sugar to taste or 1/2 cup raisins.
Pour into buttered casserole and top with topping if desired.
