Microwave Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. (4 oz.) cubed, pasteurized process cheese spread
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine macaroni, water, milk and butter in 1-quart microwave-safe casserole.
    Microwave on High, uncovered, for 7 to 8 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring once or twice. Stir in cheese.
    Microwave on High, uncovered, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until cheese starts to melt.
    Stir and let stand a few minutes before serving.
    Makes about 2 servings, 470 calories each.
