Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 cans yellow hominy, drained
    1 can tomatoes and green chilies
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small pkg. Velveeta cheese
    crushed Fritos or cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Blend hominy and tomatoes and green chilies in a blender. Melt soup and cheeses over low heat.
    Add hominy and tomatoes and green chilies.
    Pour into a baking dish and sprinkle with Fritos or cracker crumbs.
    Bake approximately 25 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven.
