Fake Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
2 tsp. cream of tartar
23 Ritz crackers
Preparation

Bring sugar and water to boil.
Dilute cream of tartar with 2 tablespoons of sugar water.
Pour this in the boiling sugar water. Add 23 Ritz crackers and boil 2 minutes (no more, no less).
Do not stir.
Remove from fire and let cool.
Pour mixture in unbaked pie crust.
Add a touch of cinnamon and dot with butter before putting on top crust.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
